You do not have to let them in, and you have the right to remain silent. ICE often present themselves as police officers. You do not have to allow any person to enter your home unless they have a warrant with your name on it. The warrant must be signed by a judge or magistrate. An ICE agent's signature does not give them access to enter your home. Ask to speak to a lawyer. Call to begin preparing your case.

Legal Writing: Attorney Lown's legal research and writing skills are furthered by his educational background. Attorney Lown graduated cum laude from the George Washington University in Washington DC. He received a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston.
Attorney Lown sharpened his research and writing skills by working as a journalist in Venezuela. Doing this work meant bolting over fences to avoid the tear gas of security forces during street demonstrations. It also honed his ability to distill a complicated situation into a written narrative.
