Do not talk about it to anyone other than your attorney. Anything you say, text, or post on social media will be twisted and used against you. A skilled prosecutor can usually take even the most innocent sounding statement and use it against you at trial. Call and begin preparing your defense.

You do not have to let them in, and you have the right to remain silent. ICE often present themselves as police officers. You do not have to allow any person to enter your home unless they have a warrant with your name on it. The warrant must be signed by a judge or magistrate. An ICE agent's signature does not give them access to enter your home. Ask to speak to a lawyer. Call to begin preparing your case.
